PROPOSED TIMELINE
Our project schedule includes construction beginning in 2025. We will be operational by summer 2027!
Áak'w Landing's development plan can be broken down into three phases.
Phase 1
First, we’ll build out necessary infrastructure in the form of the dock itself, underground parking, retail space and the welcome center.
To be completed by the 2026 season.
Phase 2
Next, additional retail space and the upper-level plaza will deepen the experiences of visitors and locals alike.
To be completed by the 2027 season.
Phase 3
Finally, our Indigenous Knowledge, Science and Cultural Learning Center will complete Áak’w Landing’s offerings.
